Resources ..... told you we'd get to that next!

Resources are people, places, supplies and knowledge - all the things you and I need to implement our project.

Actually, we've just dealt with some resources on the last page. We dealt with some "in house" resources - the house in question on this occasion being your house, the resources were you, your spouse and me!

So what other resources do we need? A lawyer; vet; an elephant keeper; building contractors; archtect; animal transport..... who are the other human resources involved?

Materials and supplies include: building materials; bedding for the elephant and a source of supply in the future; feedstuff and a source of supply - could they both come from the same supplier? Another one for my list (research). We may need more land; helicopter availability. Your spouse's network of contacts is also a resource.

Being clear about what your in house resources are and which ones you need to recruit from outside is important.

And there's one more important element in this design phase ....
