Brainstorming!

Brainstorming is sitting down together with a large jug of coffee, thinking of all the tasks - no matter how unlikely - that will or might go into the project in the implementation phase ....

For example, I happen to know that there are laws in the UK concerning the keeping of wild animals. Wild animals are defined as animals that are not generally domesticated in this country. Elephants in the UK are defined as wild animals. One of our tasks must be to find out what exactly the law is and how legal requirements can be satisfied in this particular project.

Knowing how the law affects your goals is important.

We need to make a note of that under "resources". We'll get to resources later.

Space. You sure you have enough space in your garden to keep an elephant? Do you need to extend your landholding? So maybe one task will be to look into vacant plots in the area.

OK. How about those rottweilers? The smell of an elephant will drive off a tiger, but not necessarily a rottweiler. So we need to keep them apart. More construction.
